Dinner July, 2006 I'am writing to let you know that the meal we had last Thurs. 7/29 was one of the best we have had!! My husband and I have dined in many fine restaurants during our travels and have never had such a wonderful and delicious meal. Diane was excellent and the food presentation was beautifully done. From the appetizer to the entree and dessert, each one was superb!! Thank you again for the memorable evening. We can't wait to return to St Martin so that we can enjoy another one of your meals. Keep up the good work.I will certainly recommend you to any one that I know that will be staying on the island and I also forwarded this to the owners of the villa that we stayed in. 2006, Villa Beaulieu Hi Lucille, We're sadly back in NYC after a WONDERFUL week at Beaulieu and I just wanted to say thank you again for helping us organize every little bit of the week. The house was just perfect (although it will be a much better house when the master bedroom suite is finished and available... )... Ian, the chef from Fabulous Feasts was wonderful (and we ate WAY too much!), Marie-Claude, the housekeeper, was a gem, the car rental worked perfectly, and Carol and Peter at Carrimo were great!! But, thank you again for this year!! It was a delight to work with you again! Pam |
