Bertrand, I promise to put this heartfelt thank you in a more formal latter, but I wanted you to know – sooner rather than later – what an absolutely outstanding job you did for us on Saturday Evening. One of the best decisions our Gala committee made was to choose YOU for our caterer. You never disappointed us. You maintained your patience with all our random questions, concerns, and changes throughout the months of preparation. Your food was incredibly delicious. You wait staff were all attractive courteous and efficient. And you were always very well organized and well prepared through the whole planning – and execution process. Thank you for your very generous donation of the
Thanksgiving Dinner for 8 for the auction at the “Greased Lightening
Bash” event held in November.
The continued support of the community enables us to maintain an outstanding
program for students in the 7th through 12th grade in the New Canaan school
at the Teen Center. Since the Outback New Canaan Teen Center does not
receive support from the town, generosity like yours is vital to our continued
success.

Thank you so much for your donation of a gingerbread house for our December 3rd Open House; your house was truly a wonderful creation. All of the gingerbread houses added festive note to the day and each house was individually distinctive and a delight to both the children and adults who attended. Additionally, they provided inspiration for the children at our gingerbread house workshop. Funds raised from your contribution were added to our annual fund drive.

On behalf of New Canaan Sports Council,
I would like to thank you for providing the delicious desserts for the
“Campaign for Fitness” which was held at Windsome Farms on
October 28, 2005. The party was a huge success and we managed to exceed
our fundraising goal. The proceeds for the event will be raised to renovate
and staff the Peter Deane Fitness Center at the High School.
The support and interest on community events by the families and merchants
