Founded in 1988 by Chef Bertrand L’Herbette, Fabulous Feasts is a luxury catering and event company headquartered in Saint‑Martin with operations in St‑Barths. For over thirty years we have delivered bespoke culinary experiences for weddings, private events, corporate functions and private in‑home chef services across the French West Indies.

We offer fully tailored catering solutions : gourmet brunch and dinner, in-villa private chef service, destination wedding, corporate event, buffet & cocktail party.

The company is currently led by Emma Gouin in Saint‑Martin.

Romain Villaret manages the St‑Barth kitchen and services.
